Belmont has already matched the number of $3 million sales that occurred in all of 2020. In the $2 millions price band a new record has been set!
Cambridge has 2 ties and a record. A record number of $4 million single-family houses have conveyed this year. And in the $2 million and $3 million price bands YTD 2021 sales have tied previous sales records.
In both the single family and condo categories, Somerville has already set a record for $2 million closings. Between $1,000,000 and $1,999,999 condo closings have already eclipsed 2020 full-year totals - by a lot.
